I'm Alice Grant, welcome to my website showing the various alternative health services I offer.
I am excited by our body's extraordinary ability to resolve health challenges given the right encouragement.
Whilst working as a social worker in my twenties and thirties, I explored the field of alternative health, always intrigued by the mind, body, spirit connection and potential for growth therein.
Along the way I discovered the benefits of reflexology and craniosacral therapy and have been practising for the past 25 years.
Since arriving in New Zealand, I qualified as a Chi Kung teacher in 2010 and a certified TRE practitioner. (TRE Tension Release Exercises)
2027 will be the first year of Northland Reflexology School where I will be teaching a NZQA Diploma in Reflexology
